how to get rid of stretch marks
Stretch marks are a form of scarring of the skin usually long, streaks or line. These lines give an off-color hue which differ from the surrounding skin. Stretch marks may appear due to pregnancy, puberty or weight gain or loss.

The skin is stretched due growth which tear up the layer of the skin thus leaving a mark. These marks are usually found in the areas of the body such as, tummy, arms, thighs, lower back, breasts and buttocks. Women is more prone of developing stretch marks than men.

These lines appear at the top layer of the skin, but they are really in the middle layer which is why topical products find it hard to remove it. But this recipe is found out to do the job!

These two ingredients may be found in your home already. So first is coffee which is now gaining reputation for skin care because of the many skin problems it can solve. This treatment may take some time but it is totally worth it :) .

Ingredients:

1. Ground Coffee Beans. You can use it directly from the packaging or the used ones from your coffee machine. Coffee has a substance called caffeine which stimulate blood circulation and blood in the body. This aids in cell regeneration. The coffee grounds act as an exfoliator removing the dead skin cells. New skin cells may arise therefore giving a chance to sustain moisture and is good for the second ingredient.

2. Olive Oil. This oil can deeply penetrate different layers of the skin. It can reach the layer where the actual damage is in. It cleanses, moisturizes and protects the skin. Regular applying it can fade stretchmarks over time.

Here's How:

1. First clean the affected area before applying anything. Put to a small bowl an adequate amount of coffee ground enough to cover the affected area.  Pour warm water into the coffee grounds but do not submerge it.

2. Next is mix the olive oil to the coffee grounds until you create a paste-like consistency. The mixture should have a consistency that can adhere to the skin for a long period of time.

3. After you've readied the paste, apply it to the affected area and the skin around it. Then gently scrub it for 3-5 minutes.

4. Leave the paste on the skin for about 20 minutes.

5. After the time have passed, wipe the product away with a non abrasive or anything that is soft cloth.

6. Apply moisturizer to the affected area 2-3 times a day. One best moisturizer for stretch marks is shea butter.

7. Do this once a day until you notice visible results. People have different skin types so results may vary from one another.

9. Be patient. This procedure really take some time.

8. You can store the excess product in an air tight jar to prolong its shell life. Store in a room temperature.

So that is basically how it is. If you are going to try this just let me know by commenting below. Happy scrubbing :D Ciao!
